White Chocolate Matcha Chiffon Cake

I’m so glad you are available in Palmerston North. It is really rare to find something like what you offer! The flavours are unique, the cakes are so nice and not too sweet, very airy and light. I was so surprised by the layers, the panna cotta layer was delicious. I can’t wait to order again soon!

This matcha cake is my absolute favourite! The cream is so smooth, like matcha nama chocolate! The matcha flavoured pudding in the middle is a real treat for a matcha lover! And that juicy strawberry on top adds a refreshing flavour, making each bite even more layered and perfect.
