Refund policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR CAKES
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel your online cake order, please be aware of the following policy:
- More than 36 hours in advance: Cancellations made more than 36 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time will be refunded as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
- Less than 36 hours in advance: Cancellations requested less than 36 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time are not eligible for any refund or store credit.
REFUND POLICY FOR ALL ONLINE ORDERS
Refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction of design, colour shade, flavor or general decoration will not be honoured.
No refund is available for any cakes unless it is damaged during transport or the product is not safe for consumption.
In these circumstances, the cake must be returned. We are strictly unable to refund for a cake or product that has been consumed.

Why This Policy?
Our cakes are made fresh to order with premium ingredients. Once we begin preparation, we cannot resell orders. This policy helps us minimize waste while being fair to all our customers.
