Booking Policies
- Our minimum order amount is $150.00.
- We offer free delivery to locations in Palmerston North city, witha radius of 8km to our shop location. If the delivery address is out of our delivery range, a $10 delivery fee will apply.
- Please note orders close two days (48 hr) prior to delivery & also order amendments and quote acceptance (unless otherwise specified in the quote) have this same deadline.
Date Change:
We understand that plans can shift. If you need to reschedule your catering, please make sure:
- Changes must be in writing
- Notify us at least 48 hours before your original date
- $20 admin fee applies for date changes
- Unfortunately, we can't process date change under 48 hours

Cancellation & Refund
Just so we're crystal clear: once your catering order is confirmed, it's locked in. We prepare everything fresh and with care, so we can't process cancellations or refunds after the order is placed.
We know things can get tricky with event planning, but this helps us ensure top-quality service and keeps our small business running smoothly.
