Rooted in Asian traditions but inspired by Western culinary artistry, we’ve lived from China to Singapore, the UK, US, and now New Zealand, collecting stories and tastes along the way.
Our pastry chef, Joy, brings over a decade of passion, with a pastry degree from Singapore and experience in world-class kitchens. Her experiences in 5-star hotels and fine dining have led her to believe food is an art form – a way to nurture both body and soul.
We reject the fast, processed food culture.
Instead, we craft handmade desserts that tell a story of authenticity and care.
